This wonderful expanse of countryside is just up the road from Viñas, and rapidly becoming our walk of choice when time permits.

This morning some hunters were attempting to locate and dispatch a small black pig, which had been scared off into the distance by my neighbours German Shepherds.

I certainly didn't see any sign of it, so lets hope he lived to fight another day. I only heard a couple of shots, so he may have made it.
