It all started with a leaf & now it's been four months since she passed away & here is a leaf, two in fact, & some nice bokeh to go with it. They're silver birch leaves, already turning colour for Autumn. An Autumn she'll never see & we won't be able to enjoy with her. It is so hard.

Rain, sun, rain, sun, rain, sun - so very much like April showers! Tomorrow I doubt there's much difference. But compared to other parts of the country this part has got off lightly. Although I do love the sound of the tumbling rain on the roof when I lay in my bed at night, as it brings me much closer to my mummy, as she loved that sound too xxxx
