The red dragon appears on the national flag of Wales. This logo also includes the maple leaf (Canada), and stripes (USA), and is used to publicize the North American Festival of Wales.

The festival is held in a different city each year -- Rochester this year. That's why we're here, having a great time meeting old friends and new friends -- and singing with them. That's what people with Welsh blood in their veins do!
