Running in Circles

CyclopsJnr had his first "full" day at nursery today, staying until 3pm.  They all spent time in the "woodland school" this morning, their outside classroom in woodland on the grounds, which he seems to have greatly enjoyed.

His teacher also said that he'd eaten his lunch (fish, chips and peas) then gone back for seconds and eaten another whole lunch...  

This afternoon Cyclops and CyclopsJnr headed up to the Kingdom of Fife for a weekend with the parents/grandparents.

CyclopsJnr had a BIG nap in the car after his first longer day at Nursery, and was quite slow to wake up.  When we arrived, he cuddled me and half dozed for about 20 minutes in spite of being excited to see Granny and GrandPa.  

Eventually he woke up a bit and went out to the garden with GrandaPa to pick some apples, which he found great fun.

Then he raced round in circles for 10 minutes.

He got tired again during dinner, and opted for an early bath instead of ice cream (!), and put himself to bed promptly thereafter.  

CyclopsJnr was last seen  fast asleep cuddling a small giraffe and looking very happy.
