Caen Hill (Friday 1st September 2017)

While the builder plastered the new ceiling in the conservatory (is it still a conservatory if it has a solid roof?) and painted the coal shed door, I had a few things to do in Devizes. I had lunch in the café at Devizes Wharf and then went to Caen Hill to check in on the swan family. The two surviving cygnets are continuing to develop and were being fed some healthy treats by a visiting family (not bread I was glad to see).
