September has arrived

The first day of September arrived in full sunlight! A lovely day.  Enjoyed a delicious (crab salad) lunch with friends to celebrate one of the group's birthday (yesterday).  
Then a short walk at Instow where we sat enjoying watching the boats racing, people playing, dogs swimming etc. A very fine day!  
My flower was from another friend's garden where I enjoyed a fine cuppa sitting in the sunshine.  A lot of sitting and not a lot of walking so I feel a stroll coming on when it cools down a bit more.
