Signing the Bristol Channel

Hot day. And the tide was out when I went for a run so it seemed a good idea to sign the Bristol Channel.
After that it was lunch and then time to join the queue for the ferry to Instow. But it was such a lovely afternoon that we wanted to stay later than the tide-limited last ferry back. So I drove round while H and C ferried it over.
Long afternoon on the beach.
Now, what to eat for dinner?
