Shake What You Got! It's Zumba Time!

Every Wednesday at 5.45pm I have Zumba! I love it! It's a great way to exercise, you can crank it up in terms of effort if you want, which me and Mr Ts niece Nicci tend to do. She's 17 and young and I'm 25 with a fat pouch that ain't getting any bloody smaller.
The lady that does the class is brilliant and she always gets everyone motivated and the classes tend to be noisy and fun with alot of shimmying and shaking. She encourages us loudly to 'shake it!!!!' I do, but the shaking just highlights all the bits that then wobble, which then makes you work harder! Sneaky!
For the first couple of months my finances couldn't afford some decent trainers, but I finally got these pink gym beauties! And they certainly put me in a cheerful mood, even when after an hour I'm looking like a beetroot and sweating my a** off!!!!
