Wildflowers!

Are plentiful on the Scott Paul Trail, and with very few human viewers today. On the 7 mile loop we only saw 3 hardy men working on the trail and 4 other hikers. Also saw 5 fat marmots watching us and whistling.

I made it to Silverado for an hour-long visit before dinner. We sat in the courtyard and then visited with my mom's new roommate, Linda, and roommate #2, her little white dog named Alfi. My mom and Linda went to the Staying Connected group together, and Linda seems very fond of my mom. So far, so good!
