Yarrow Valley

Thursday 31st August 2017 (1832)

Took this afternoon off to try and reclaim some time. I provided some post-op confidence building by challenging a member of my congregation to a game of golf to get him playing again. No-one can be threatened by my standard of golf! After a morning of rain we were blessed with a glorious afternoon and we both really enjoyed it. After a bad start (and feeding the fish with 3 golf balls)  I did seem to regain my ability to play, which was a relief after last Friday. 

I then travelled across the Pennines to mum's so that my car can have its MOT tomorrow.
