The Queensferry Crossing

Today A & I were off to Fife with a few tasks to be carried out. So pleased that this has been one the trial opening days for the new bridge over the Forth. I was fortunate to be the passenger as I had been to the dentist - had 2 injections & 2 extractractions - better not to drive!
It is a beautiful bridge and such a smooth ride as there are no sections to bump over as there are on the 'old' bridge. It closes again tomorrow to allow folk to walk across at the week end and the official opening is next week.
