The perks of being the Librarian/getting a tumble

Rubbish surprises today

. On waking this morning, a sore throat and ears
. Torrential rain

Great surprises today
. A new stock delivery
. A tumble dryer

Mr G has taken pity on me and bought me a tumble dryer. Normally, I would think this type of 'gift' as crass. However, I have been at my wits end trying to get laundry dry. (so I'll let that one slip)

And the box of books?

I get first dibs on reading the new books. This book had been made into a film that is due to be released in October. 'Hermione' is in it and I'm hoping to drum up some interest in the book at school by putting up the film poster with copies of the book.
