Behind bars!!!
A trip to the vets this morning for Pippa and Lottie, so I went along to assist R. Pippa has put on weight in the last two months, having managed to keep it stable following her accident in February. She seems a bit "down in the dumps" and we are not sure if she has some discomfort in her back.
The vet prescribed Gabapentin, which she was given for the first few months for nerve pain, so we will see if it helps this time.
I'm doggy sitting this evening. R has several things to do, so dropped them off at 5pm and B has gone to coach athletics.
So to ensure that the situation is safe and quiet, the girls are in their beds in the utility room (normal for them when they visit) and Amber is in her cage next to the gate. This gives a bit of "no man's land" in between, to prevent a little nose being poked through the bars and the risk of it being bitten!!!
The girls are not quite sure what to make of her with all her bounce and noise. They watched whilst she battered the dinosaur against cage and having grizzled for a little while has now fallen asleep.
Peace at last, hopefully until B returns :0)
Extra
Before he went out B had some play time with Pippa, she loves her ball, chewed as it is, to be thrown for her to retrieve.
