Learning Spanish

Look what came in the post today! Having completed my doctorate, I've opted for a hopefully less stressful study experience for the coming year and enrolled on the OU's beginners Spanish module. As an OU employee, it doesn't cost me anything, and with an A level in German on my CV, I like to think I have at least a bit of an aptitude for languages. Spain is also one of my absolute favourite countries to visit, so I'm hoping my study will bring practical benefits too!
