Festivaltastic

We hit the festival proper. Meandering round the town soaking up the atmosphere and taking in some of the buskers. Lunch in The Grassmarket at reportedly the oldest pub that has served 50 million drinks or something but most importantly they serve Strongbow which Annette has been on a quest to find.
Down at the Cowgate we stumble on a taster of an African dance group. Amazing energy. More buskers then a walk through the gardens. They have the Tattoo later so I have a quiet night at home ( well with a few house tasks before they come to stay at chez Jenny).
Happy yet exhausted by the crowds we vow to have a fringe free day the next day.
