Injections

Had my injections for Peru this afternoon. My goodness I didn't think my arm would hurt as much as it is. Good job I got all my fitness work done early today.
I swam at silly o'clock, did the treadmill then jumped on the turbo. A bit boring on the turbo but I watched tv while I was spinning away.
Was teaching this afternoon and this evening so that's three hair washes today. Last dip with Harriet this evening and I could hardly lift my arm. Hope it's better tomorrow.
Not sure if I should have the rabies injection. That one is up to me. It cost £130. But if you get bitten by an infected animal and you haven't had it, you're dead. Maybe it's cheap after all. My life is worth so much more than that....and my bucket list is nowhere near finished!
