Walkies Along the Canal - Again

We had to go to and get some crayfish for grandma in a village outside the city, so we decided to go walkies along the Göta canal on the way home. There were only a handful of tourists around, and no boats in the locks. We went upstream, which is our winter walkie, and it felt very much like autumn is on its way, despite the lovely sunshine. I am not sure what this is, some kind of marking along the shoreline.

My very good friend B came over for coffee in the afternoon, and I was super happy to see her! She brought me - just listen to this - half a ground beef patty, cheese and smoked ham! TWO full bowls of human food!! Very lucky too considering the stupid diet... It was great!
