The Bridge

Brewing done by lunchtime so it was off out on the bike while the sun more or less shone. Then a bit of piano and some loafing around waiting for the kids to come in from school so they could be whisked over the new bridge to their swimming and violin. Needless to say the "whisking" took more ages than usual. Bridge tourists apparently.

On the way back there seemed to be a procession of eejits in cars festooned with Yes flags heading back into Edinburgh. Like building a bridge (actually, just paying and subcontracting the rest) was nearly independence when it is, in fact, just a bridge.
