Walk into Light

I've just watched "I, Daniel Blake". Gods, but it's not a film I would have chosen to watch, even knowing how many awards it got. Nevertheless, a little bit of culture... Made me feel very blessed, and once more angry at the systems we put in place to put people in their place. A toss of the coin, a twist of fate...

So having taken this shot earlier today, on a walk through the Westridge with Charlie and Janet, it feels very good to call it a walk into the light. Darkness has its place; it's where babies and seeds and ideas grow. And without the light, how would we understand the darkness. 

It's good to be in the Sun though, eh. Hail Sol.
