the past is key to the future
Meeting all morning - I did manage to escape for my lunch time walk. Now that the festival is over, I resumed old habits and went down the Royal Mile to check out some concrete architecture. I ended up wandering around the Parliament and Dynamic Earth. I am no particular fan of Dynamic Earth, it's too light on information - I did like the sequence of Scottish rocks representing the different ages of the land. Edinburgh is also the home to James Hutton, father of modern geology.
