just had a wee wander up town at lunchtime today instead of running. Leg is still sore from whatever I managed to do to it yesterday.

Gave my mind a treat and went into Jessops for a look at the cameras. Really fancied a look at a nikon d800 but they would only sell me one not allow me to play with one.
