Coledale

The phone call we waited for yesterday that never happened, we re-rang this morning, we were trying to book the septic tank getting emptied as it is years since it was done. Trotters came this afternoon to do the job. So it was late when we were able to go out, took a risk and went to Buttermere it was as we expected heaving with people, cars everywhere.
Followed through over Honister and the back of Derwentwater, decided to eat out, but the only places to eat by now were in Portinscale, parking was a joke, (didn't stop anywhere, so no pictures taken), drove on to Coledale Inn, Braithwaite side of Whinlatter, had a lovely meal and quite quiet. Home over Whinlatter for a cuppa, cake and relaxing night.
