Eric has been helping his brother and sister-in-law repair and fix up this fine old building they own in downtown Stayton, Oregon. They have another one like this about a block away that is for sale. I think Stayton is about to take off; it's not far from Salem, Silverton, the freeway, the mountains - you ought to think about it if you're looking for some reasonably priced real estate in Oregon.
