Past its use by date

I had Peter turn back on the highway this morning to get this blip.  I've no idea how it's still standing.  
We are settled into our Burleigh Heads apartment and disappointed with the advertised "sweeping views" to Surfer's Paradise (see extra).  
The internet is extremely slow so I will have to catch up with blip comments later.  Thanks for your positive response to yesterday's blip.
