An abundance of Apples

This year our four apple trees have so many fruits hanging I fear the branches will break. This particular tree seems to have the most but each apple seems to be very small or late growing. Is this what happens when there are many, they don't get as big?

The cooking apples have come on well but I fear half the crop may have been attacked by wasps.

Anyhow I think there are a few crumbles in the making along with a few tarts, next year I will attempt cider when I have more time on my hands.
