Happy Christmas!

It's Christmas at holiday club today!! We completely embraced the fabulous chaos of Christmas and had a Christmas party day. The leaders and children dressed up, we filled the hall with Christmas trees, the kids made decorations, the story was a nativity, the team had mince pies at coffee break, the kids had presents, we sang carols and it was a glorious morning!

Katie had a wonderful afternoon at G's house after holiday club. I dropped her off after some lunch and went back to work. They had invited me to return and join them for tea. The children had theirs first and I had a nice natter with lovely friends. It was great to have the company and the time out being cooked for and fed tea! The children had a water fight and ended up in snugly onesies.
