Portobello Beach Day 28

Back on my familiar strand this morning after the worst September storms in thirty years. The sand had been washed onto the promenade and coast road between Porty and Musselburgh. Many shells swept in on the storm tidal surge last night. Calmer today but this is my first sight of the sea here in post storm ferment.
