Gutted

Work has started to install underfloor heating in the local village church.

The old wooden pews have been removed and will be replaced by chairs.

There seems to be divided opinions in the village - on one side people saying the character of the church will be lost - whilst others welcome the flexibility and comfort of chairs.

The church was a lovely setting for my daughters wedding some 5 year ago
