Spent the day at home doing jobs. Mike had the washing machine in bits and we rearranged some furniture in the kids bedrooms.

This arvo I had my first riding lesson in about 8 years. We went right back to basics checking my position to make sure we're in balance to help Buddy move forward off my leg. So much to think about. There's also a few equipment issues to sort out too. My very expensive treeless saddle isn't helping so I will probably have a go with the normal saddle that I got with Buddy. What she said made sense but it's going to take a while to undo 30 odd years of bad habits! And to get different muscles working. It all felt positive though.
