Jefferson Ave Fire

While I slept last night one of the buildings on the main business street of my town caught fire and burned to the ground.  There were 4 local fire companies called out and they were able to keep the blaze contained to the single building.  But no-one was injured and the building was already empty so no business was destroyed.  The businesses that had been in the building had closed after the new buyer purchased the place to raze and make a parking lot.  I guess that job will go a lot faster now.
