Lifting the lid

I will start to sound like a broken record soon but I've been pleasantly surprised by food in the Philippines. It was topped off nicely by a visit from an ex member of staff, who came carrying this cake, which is being opened ceremoniously by Aldrin, Director of our Philippines team.
