On yer bike

Pay as you go (nowhere - the bikes do not have wheels...) spin classes.
All classes are 60 minutes in duration
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness (i.e. same for all - from Maureen level to Racing Snake level)

Pay as you go / Drop in: EUR15 (single class)
Block of 4 classes: EUR55 (valid for 30 days) - (thanks for the fiver there, Dave, too generous, might get a pint after my spin class)

Now, the best bit:
Personal Training
Personal Training with Scott is available in the studio (where else? the bikes have no wheels...) for, hold on, are you seated?
EUR60 per hour (in bold font on the price list, just to drive the point home...)
If you prefer your training short and snappy or are short of time Scott also does half hour sessions at EUR35 per session

Here is a sample of a personal half hour training session with Scott:

"Hi there Maureen, welcome to the studio. Get on your bike, good girl. What? Any bike, none of them have wheels. Ok, are you all settled? Are you ok? Is the saddle at the right height? Brilliant. Now, here we go, you start cycling gently, nice and easy. Well done, that's my girl, nice and easy.... and now you start speeding up. Faster Maureen, faster. You're feeling good. You're feeling on top of the world, and you are going to cycle your (fat) arse off. Faster Maureen, you can do better. Faster! That's it, you go girl, you show them. FASTER! I don't even want to be able to read the Lacoste label on your runners, it should be a blur. FASTER FOR FUCK SAKE, MAUREEN! Go, go, go! Cycle like your life depends on it (luckily it doesn't, because there are no wheels on the bike and you are going nowhere). CY-CLE FAST-TER MAU-REEN!!!!! Go, go, go! [repeat for another 26 minutes]
Annnnnnnd slow down now Maureen, good girl, well done. Jayz, look at the colour of you?! You're purple in the face there Maureen. It's good, it means that it's working. And jayzus, look at that puddle of sweat under the bike (with no wheels)?! I may have to introduce a sweeping charge if you cannot control your sudation. That's unreal... Anyway, breathe slowly, in, out, well done, that's my girl, in, out. And stop.
