Clear

Well what a contrast in a day from yesterday.  Woke up this morning to drizzle/mizzle, not proper rain, and it was certainly colder.

Another day battling physical and mental demons.  Went for a bike ride and decided to test myself, but I struggled.  My confidence has gone and it frustrates me like hell.

Ironically food was improved today, but it’s always in my thoughts.

Life is a bit like the canal at the moment, things are not clear.
