Pause For Thought

I went over to see my brother and my nephews. We decided to go to the pub in the next village for lunch. Unfortunately, they don't do food on a Tuesday so, back into the car we went, strapped the boys back in and headed to the next village. Out we got, in we went....same story; no food on a tuesday.
We ended up several villages away and had a very mediocre ham, egg and chips. The boys started getting a bit fed up and Roan knocked a pint of beer over which landed in my lap. I had to forgive him though as he didn't mind me taking his photo.
It wasn't a perfect day but we did have fun and it's always lovely to see Ted and the boys.
