Straw stacks

We had a long afternoon yesterday, visiting MIL in hospital. She is making good progress after the stroke, but still has limited movement on the right side and difficulty with speech. It may be many weeks, possibly months, before she is well enough to leave.

Today I took Mrs madwill's car for an MOT… just a couple of small jobs to be done and it passed.

Out for a walk with Finlay at lunchtime and passing this recently harvested field, a line of straw bale stacks ‘appeared’ with them all separated!  A bit of a faff in Nik Colour Efex Pro and here is today's blip.

After lunch I collected the car and then took Mrs madwill to Harrogate showground to deliver her entry for the quilt show competition this weekend. We start to set up our stand on Thursday ready for opening on Friday.
