Before the crowds descended!!

Spent a happy hour or two wandering along the Windrush stopping to take photos and do some sketching.  To be honest the weather was fantastic and the bank holiday crowds were just warming up.  There was a duck race down the river and various people walking both their children and their dogs in the river. .. some with extendable leads so that the humans could cross the river by bridge while the dog trotted across in the river below!!  We left before we couldn't see any river for the people as you can see in Aliscotia's blip for today!
