Man made Island

A boat sank in Arklow harbour so long ago that I can't remember when. An oil control boom was put around it in an attempt to control any oil spillage. In typical Arklow fashion everyone then walked away and did nothing. The boat is still there, there is no sign of oil but the boom has broken up into several parts and nature has now colonised it and made several little islands of which this is just one.
