back-blip

A lovely last day. We were up fairly early and Amelie had an egg and soldiers for breakfast, whilst we sampled the macaroons from last night along with tea and coffee. Once everybody was ready Granny, Papa, Amelie and I headed swimming. The pool in Penicuik has no separate bit for toddlers so it was into the big pool we went. Amelie kept telling me that I was to go and do my swimming, whilst she played with Granny/Papa. She was jumping in all by herself!

After swimming we went back for breakfast, a 2nd breakfast for Amelie, then drove to Decathlon (Papa and I also went browsing in Curry's to see if they had any of the cameras I'm thinking of getting so I could have a look at them, but sadly they never) where Amelie ended up with pink swimming goggles and a pair of walking boots.

We popped back to the house for a bit then went down to Gran's to say bye to her then back up to the house where Auntie Jan and Uncle James came to say goodbye too!
