Adaptor

Today I had to shop for a new plug adaptor so I got to see the Porta Nigra, the most famous feature of Trier. However, it's famous because it's Roman, otherwise it's lumpy, dirty and far from beautiful (in my eyes). There are lots of pretty buildings in the town and I was also happy to see the Kurfürstliches Palais in different light conditions. So, for its fans from yesterday, I've added it as an extra.

One lovely feature of the hotel is that provide a paper bag which, if you hang it outside your door, will be taken as an indication that you don't need your room servicing and will contain a small gift in return. Today I found a 250g packet of multicolour Porta Nigra pasta!
