Breezy, Hoy Sound (Day 844)

Very heavy rain woke us several times through the night, and I wandered up the hill with the dogs in showery rain blown along on a chilly breeze.
I headed in to town to do a few errands, whilst my beautiful wife went off to do some hossing with Ej. I was back home first and set about getting a huge vat of chilli on the go.
After lunch, we took the woofers to Wasdale, where we were rained on. There was nothing worthy of getting the camera out of the bag.
I had a job to do in Stromness after the dog walk, and headed west as the sky brightened. The job was a quick, straightforward one and I took the chance to go down to the shore for a shot of Hoy Sound in the sunshine and wind. On the way home, I stopped in to see Mum and Dad for a coffee.
