Super yumminess!!!

This is probably one of my favourite things to eat ... pancakes with ice cream and maple syrup!

I was first introduced to this in Brisbane at Pancake Manor, Martin used to rave about it. And then I ate it, and the world changed. It is just too good.

Martin makes pancakes every now and again (sadly not often enough) but today we were treated! And yesterday too!

Had some dear friends over for dinner, and cards and these yummy pancakes which Martin made for dessert. So pleased our friends liked them just as much as we do.
