On the Black Hill

Made famous maybe by Bruce Chatwin , this mountain on the Herefordshire border provide an exhilarating around the ridge walk for fit people ( family Running Backwards, Mrs UE and Charlie the dog) ........and me...And the reward for this effort? A well deserved pint in the little community of Longtown with the remains of a Norman Castle and maybe a walk around that as well if you have energy left!
