Staying at the the rather fabulous Rubens Hotel, which is a stones throw from Buckingham Palace and couldn't have been a better location for our little weekend adventure.

After we had checked in to the hotel we were all starving as it was getting past lunchtime so we ate in the brilliant BBAR and had a most delicious Wagyu Burger. After lunch we had the first surprise for Tyler.

Kath was bought a sweet making experience all the way back in March for her birthday and today we all cashed it in.

Later on we had a walk around the front of Buckingham Palace as the sun was setting then we headed for China Town and Soho for dinner.

A great day in the big city but totally knackered
