Early start this morning as I was picking up Ethan's best friend, Logan, and driving the boys to Falkirk to take part in junior parkrun.

Ethan regularly does the local adult 5k parkrun with me but as Logan has never ran before, we thought we'd try the junior 2k. Both boys did well - Ethan coming 42/130 and Logan coming 100/130.

We then went to the Falkirk Wheel as I had won vouchers for a new laser tag there. Unfortunately they were very late opening and we didn't have enough time to wait. The boys did the water walking balls instead but were very disappointed not to get to do laser tag after all.
