Post match-day training

Back at work today. Any number of frustrations to test my equanimity. Balanced by the hoped for response to lithium of a young woman with a severe depressive illness; still early days and only partial response, but hopeful.

Came home early-ish to rest as the after effects of a virus include a loss of stamina. I was going to watch for the sunset as I was dissatisfied with my photo of the middle part of the Sky Tower (the top third was completely lost in clouds, and the lower part hidden by buildings in the way). I was distracted and drawn outside by hearing the calls of the rugby league players at Monday training on Grey Lynn Park (floodlit in the photo). The aftermath of the sunset was very appealing.
