Back to Basics with the Lollipop Man

The road where I live is being stripped back to basics, replacing all pipes; water, waste & sewer. Earthquake damage, of course! It great seeing it all being done, in spite of the inconvenience. It's all down to one-way at present, with a lollipop man, swinging the STOP/GO sign. 

Lots of muddy water was rushing down the gutter at one stage, as they'd broken a pipe - hence 'organic' for today's MonoMonday Challenge. I wouldn't have minded diverting it for my vegetable garden!
