Fernwood Botanical Gardens - Michigan

I drove down to South Bend, Indiana for breakfast this morning. Then headed up to Fernwood Botanical Gardens where I spent the better part of the day hiking and enjoying an absolutely perfect day. There were some blue heron, squirrels, wood peckers and other assorted birds.

I probably hiked a good 3 miles in the woods and boy, am I feeling it now... This scene was where I decided that I had enough and turned around and headed back to the car.

Off to Chicago in the morning!
