Beverage nook

Per Uncle Dave's idea, this will be a beverage nook with a pull-out countertop, to accommodate a coffee maker, a tea kettle, and a toaster. Toaster is the only thing missing. I tried to be an educated shopper and read a slew of reviews. All point out to individual idiosyncrasies. Let's see if i can find one cheaply instead.
