Sunday Lunch for 13

We usually have 8-10 for Sunday lunch but today was our Nephew Daxs' birthday so we also had him and his Mum and Dad.
Now you might think that a single breast of chicken won't go far for 13, no loaves and fishes in this house, but this was part of an 'Extra Large Chicken' plus there was a small lamb joint and a 2.46kg shoulder of pork that was put on at 06:30 in the morning so it was falling apart for dinner at 13:00. Just some of the crackling on the board, more was in the oven getting crackled!
We ate outside as it was a lovely day and my Aussie visiting Sister in Law and Brother in Law have had a lovely week but are off to London in the morning and flying back to Tasmania on Wednesday.
Sorry to see them go, it's been fun and she, Fiffi, is such a laugh. Her husband, Neil, rides a motorbike in Taz so we had lots to talk about too.
