Lannercost Priory

Some of us went to Lanercost Priory while others walked a little bit along Hadrian's wall.
The old priory dates back to the 12th Century and was the site of many an Anglo-Scots war.
Fortunately , there were no wars amongst the English and the Scots this weekend!
